By downloading or using Tide & Keep (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
Tide & Keep is a local photo organization tool designed to help users review and manage photos stored in Apple’s Photos library.
All actions are performed locally via Apple’s Photos framework.
If iCloud Photos is enabled, synchronization is managed entirely by Apple. The App does not control or manage iCloud storage.
The App facilitates deletion requests through Apple’s Photos framework.
Users are solely responsible for confirming deletion actions. The Developer is not responsible for accidental deletion, data loss, restoration failure, or iCloud synchronization outcomes.

Payments are processed via Apple App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users may manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies.
Prices may vary by region.
A lifetime purchase grants access to current Pro features without recurring charges. The Developer does not guarantee continuous updates, compatibility with future operating systems, or indefinite availability.
Certain versions of the App may include advertising. Advertising services, if implemented, will comply with the App’s Privacy Policy.
All rights, title, and interest in the App remain the property of the Developer. Reverse engineering, decompiling, copying, or redistributing the App is prohibited.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranties are made regarding error-free operation, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profits. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
